She reminds us the importance of working with our hands as herbalists and how plants connect us to something real, something older. How the more grounded, practical things we can do with our hands will nourish us in ways that looking something up online cannot. She shares how the plants you're taking will reach in and touch you deeply, touch your heart and your mind and cause a ripple effect.
